Meeting Schedule and Documents For the remainder of 2012, the Communitas Board of Directors will meet once a month (see schedule below). Meetings will be held at Communitas in Room 14 (4849 Pearl Ave, San Jose), unless otherwise noted.
Our meetings (Open Sessions) are open to the public and are subject to the Brown Act. The agenda will be posted 72 hours in advance of each Board meeting. (24 hours in advance of Special meetings). Meeting minutes are published after being approved by the Communitas Board of Directors (generally at the next regular board meeting).
